By entering Fortunas Resort, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Consent to Recording:

Fortunas Resort may capture photographs, video, and audio recordings / CCTV,- for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
By entering the premises, you give your consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.

2. Use of Media:
Any media content captured at the resort, including images or recordings of individuals, may be used by Fortunas Resort across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements, without any compensation or further approval.

3. Waiver of Rights:
You waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product where your likeness appears, including written or electronic copies. You also waive any claims for compensation related to the use of such media.

4. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using any of Fortunas Resort’s facilities, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify resort management prior to entering the facility.
